Three companies, three licence numbers, four years

Read the second column downwards. The money moved with the name. Under the 2022 terms the payment agent was Ryker Development Limited of Larnaca, Cyprus, registration HE412288; the footer served on 30 August 2026 gives DATALINK TECH LIMITED of Limassol, HE 494415. Two companies, two payment agents, two Cyprus addresses.

A word on what the table proves. We observed which content key the operator’s page requested on which date, and read the footer text it returned. That is the operator describing itself, at two moments, in its own words. A corporate registry extract it is not, and the live footer stayed unreadable on 2 September 2026. What a register does settle, where one answers, is the identity of the counterparty — and seven of the ten operators read on this site can be looked up that way, which is the comparison the third row belongs in: three authorities behind ten rows.

The permission was issued two weeks before the name

Line up two dates. The licence number in the later footer, OGL/2024/1562/1139, carries an issue date of 15 May 2026. The rename was announced on 29 May 2026.

Fourteen days separate them.

That ordering is the part nobody has reported. The results page treats the event as new signage; the documents read as a change of licence holder, announced under a new name once the paperwork existed. Which is cause and which effect lies beyond what these documents settle. What does follow: a player who opened an account under the old brand now holds it against a different company, under a different permission number, and learned this from a release that mentioned neither fact.

What the old address does when you type it

Checked by header request from the capture server on 2 September 2026, jackbit.com answers HTTP 301 and redirects to jack.com. So does the www form. So do jackbit.io and jackbit.co. Paths carry across too: the terms address on the old domain redirects to the matching address on the new one.

An earlier line in our own working brief said the old domain had stopped answering. That was wrong, and it is corrected here rather than quietly dropped. The old bookmark still lands, and it lands on the new brand.

The email addresses tell a slower story. Five were readable in the operator’s page markup from a copy stored on 31 January 2026, and every one of them sat on the old domain, as does the contact address in the May release. Whatever the frontage says, the post still goes to the old name.

Why anything written before June 2026 needs rereading

Three things moved in one season: the brand name, the licence number, and the company holding it. A review published in March 2026 could have been accurate on all three that week, and stale on all three by June.

The primary document has the same difficulty, which is worse. The terms available to read are self-dated 2 May 2022. Newer editions exist, since the operator’s terms address returns stored copies as late as 9 June 2026, but each is an empty application shell that fetches its text at runtime from an interface closed to us. Every clause number quoted anywhere on this site therefore carries that 2022 date. The same caution runs through the promotion pages, taken apart under what the bonus terms commit to.

Whether the territorial exclusion in clause 3 of those 2022 terms reaches any particular reader lies beyond what this reading establishes, so read the operator’s current terms before depositing.

What could be read from here, and what could not

Every path tried on 2 September 2026 returned HTTP 403 with the response header cf-mitigated: challenge and a Cloudflare interstitial titled “Just a moment…”. A real browser held the page for 100 seconds and the screen stayed put. That is a client filter and a fact about our own check; reading it as a geo-block, or as evidence about which countries the operator serves, would be an invention.

Everything else here came from stored copies of the operator’s own addresses, each with its snapshot date printed rather than smoothed away. The licence number stays unresolved, because the Curaçao portal offers a certificate lookup with no search by domain, company or number.
