Three authorities behind ten rows, and one permit number twice

A permit cell holds one of four things on this site: a number that resolves in the register that issued it, a number that resolves nowhere, a number from a scheme that no longer issues in that format, or nothing. All four appear in these ten rows.

What each operator writes in its own terms about the company behind the brand, how long a withdrawal takes to process, when identity documents are requested and how much may be taken out. Every figure carries the clause it was copied from and the date it was read. An empty cell means we could not read a document that answers the question — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

The ten cells, sorted by what a stranger can check

Seven of the ten can be verified by somebody who has never visited the brand. That is the whole practical content of this column, and it is worth more than the name of any particular island.

Vave belongs in that count with a footnote. Its own pages name Curaçao and print no digits, so the entry had to be found without the operator's help before anything could be checked against it. The number is real and the operator hands a reader none of it. The row is the paid one, and the footnote stays.

The number that appears in two contracts

Rocketpot's terms describe 1668/JAZ as a registration number under which Danneskjold Ventures B.V. operates; the same brand's front page calls it a crypto casino licence. Two descriptions of one string, published by one company, on pages a reader would open in the same session.

The string itself is older than either description. It belongs to the master-licence arrangement Curaçao ran before the current OGL numbering, under which one holder could place sub-licensees underneath it, and numbers of that shape are consequently shared rather than unique to a shopfront.

So a reader who left this brand because its paperwork looked thin, and who landed on Rocketpot, has moved from one printed instance of that number to another. Neither site says so. Neither site has any reason to.

There is a third instance in these ten rows, and it sits in a document rather than in a permit cell. The Bitcasino.io anti-money-laundering page names Gaming License Number 1668/JAZ and gives the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as its supervisory authority, while the same brand's homepage and help pages carry OGL/2023/111/0069 and the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Both statements are published by the same operator. The cell above takes the one that resolves in a register and records the other as a disagreement rather than an error.

Three numbers, one brand, four years

The subject of this site is the clearest illustration on the page of why a permit cell is a snapshot.

Section 1 of the 2022 terms printed 1668/JAZ for Ryker B.V. A later reading found OGL/2024/1800/1049, issued in August 2024, also to Ryker B.V. The number the brand prints today is OGL/2024/1562/1139, held by Data Link Digital B.V. and issued in May 2026 — a different format, a different number and a different company from where the sequence started.

That third number stands unresolved here, and the word is exact. The Curaçao certificate portal carries the heading ONLINE GAMING LICENSE REGISTER and offers zero search inputs: no lookup by domain, by company or by permit number, only a per-certificate query. The one identifier obtainable from the brand's front end is a seal-image uuid, and the register answered it with Not Found, which most likely means the wrong kind of identifier was supplied.

Two entries that argue with their own operators

A register answer and a contract sentence are published by different parties, and when they disagree this site prints both.

Bitsler is the first. The Curaçao certificate portal shows OGL/2024/930/0387 as active. The operator's own terms describe the same number as an application still in progress and say Oyine N.V. trades meanwhile under a transitional certificate of operation. The operator is the more cautious of the two sources about its own status, which is an unusual direction for that disagreement to run.

Empire.io is the second. Its Anjouan entry, ALSI-132405042-FI3, prints the status Valid beside an expiry date of 27 May 2026 — three months before the day it was read, with both values on the same screen. Nothing here resolves that; it is recorded as what the register showed.

Wolf.bet carries a third, of a milder kind. Its terms and footer name the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros and print ALSI-132405048-FI3, while its responsible-gambling page says the brand is licensed and regulated in accordance with Curaçao Gaming Authority standards. Two islands, one operator, one session of reading.

What a resolving entry actually settles

It settles the identity of a counterparty and the existence of a permission, and it stops there.

It says nothing about how fast money leaves, because that lives in the payout clauses, which are compared at ceilings and windows. It says nothing about when documents are demanded, which four of these ten answer with an amount and six do not, sorted row by row at a threshold, a clause, or silence and traced through this brand's own wording at what verification actually asks for. And it says nothing about who is refused at the door, which eight of the ten publish and two do not, at eight country lists, one to fifty-eight.

A register entry is a statement by an issuing body that a stranger can check. A permit number printed in a contract is weaker evidence about the permit and stronger evidence about the contract, because it ties the company a customer deals with to the permission that company trades under. Seven of these ten rows offer the first. Nine offer the second. One offers a number that answers to neither, and the difference between those three states is the reason this column exists at all.
